With nearly two decades in the tech industry, our founder brings a unique dual perspective to tech recruitment - one that’s rooted in his own hands-on experience as both a tech engineering professional and a hiring manager. Before founding Insider Tech Talent, he spent over a decade working across IT engineering and management roles, building teams, designing technical tests, and navigating the challenges that only insiders in tech truly understand. Following that, he transitioned to tech recruitment, dedicating the past seven years to connecting companies with the exceptional talent they need to succeed.
